When a customer signs in, the system authenticates the account through a third-party sign-in service and uses only basic account information needed for sign-in, such as name, email address and profile image where available. We do not receive the customer's password and do not access mailboxes, personal files or contacts unless separate permission is explicitly granted.

We do not sell customer personal information. Information is shared only when reasonably required to provide the requested service, for example with an assigned driver, dispatcher, infrastructure provider, or where disclosure is legally required.
